I called to schedule an appointment for a pre-purchase inspection. It was very easy to schedule, and they were accommodating to my day/time on a short notice since I was flying out of state to get a particular car which I really appreciated! The process was easy and straightforward. I waited in the lobby while they were working on it and when they were done, I was impressed with the delivery. They found a number of things including a small hidden coolant leak which would have caused the system to build up pressure and overheat the engine and potentially killing the engine which would have caused a huge amount of time and money to repair (on a car that I would have just purchased). I was planning to drive back home over 1,000 miles so this would have been super stressful and inconvenient. We talked some options, and they were super helpful but the dealership did not agree with the price reduction, so I walked away. The super-duper impressive thing was that they send you a text message with a link that you can pull up and see the full report in writing and pictures!! That is top notch and I wish I live in Denver because that would have been my shop of choice! Thank you, guys, and keep up the good work!
