The guys at JC’s British are not to be trusted. I took my Range Rover in for a thumping noise that was happening occasionally during initial acceleration. They told me it was in my suspension and I need to replace the bushings and ball joints in the thrust arms. $2500 later I pick up my vehicle and the issue is not fixed. I take it back twice and they start telling me I need to replace the sway bar (over 3k) then they say they think it’s the transmission. Needless to say, I went elsewhere. The other shop discovered I needed to flush the transfer case and replace the fluid. My car is driving smooth again and it was $730. I will never go to JC’s again. They will “fix” things that are not wrong with your vehicle just to rack up the bill. I also firmly believe they took advantage of me because I’m a woman. Oh and not to mention they charged me $330 for a standard oil change on top of my other bill. How they justify charging that for an oil change is disgusting. All I can say is there are more honest and reliable mechanics to work on land rovers…. Run away from these guys.

Thanks to Jeff and his team, they have taken my 2012 MB Sprinter up to a new level of performance. Installing an Atlas transfer case, Fox Shocks with nitrogen reservoirs, new rear leaf springs, completely rebuilt front brakes with new parts replacing the used reconditioned parts, and a service replacing all fluids such as coolant, transmission, fuel filter, oil, and rear differential. The conversion to a 4x4 (this was before MB had AWD Sprinters) had several issues that if not for JC British I would have had an expensive problem. Now my Sprinter is reliable having taken trips to Yosemite, the Oregon coast, and even down the Tucson, Saguaro, and Organ Pipe. Plus many local trips in Western Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming.

Very knowledgeable and professional. I purchased an 06 Range Rover from private seller. Unfortunately the seller was not upfront with everything. But thanks to the help and fair pricing I was able to get my vehicle on the road! I will definitely be getting all services done here. And I highly recommend to anyone who is in need of professionals.
