They might be really good, I didnt even get to use their service, but... they waited for me to drop off my car at night and only next day (when i had the appt) tell me they charge $429 for diagnostics of check engine light and breaks! They could have told me that BEFORE i took the car there since they dont have to look at the car to determine how much the diagnosis is. Land Rover dealership which is usually known to be expensive charges only $200 (AND they offer FREE UBER to get you to and from the dealership! - JC'S does not offer free uber, I had to have friends giving me a ride there) and I will be taking it there instead (even Land Rover in the silicon valley in California which is one of the most expensive areas in the country charges less than JC's) . The downside from dealership is they dont have appointments so promptly as JC's had, but if you can wait, its less expensive.

We always appreciate feedback and can understand our customers' concerns when it comes to the cost of testing. JC's British strives to provide a high-quality level of service, and our fees are dependent on the complexity involved in the tests we need to perform to provide that service. Our commitment to transparent pricing and our dedication to recognize areas of savings when possible are a top priority. If ever a customer has a question regarding specific charges, please feel free to ask your representative up front for a detailed explanation and associated costs as it is important to us that our customers give us permission and understand the specific value of what they are entrusting us with.

They are incredibly knowledgeable, and are very good at explaining the workings of my Range Rover.
