JC's British & 4x4 - Service Center
I managed to really mess up a well-functioning 2006 LR3. I took it to another shop to add an SYA kit. Several thousand dollars of "repairs" later, I had a completely non-functional vehicle that required a tow from the mountains to JC's lot. Craig and the boys in the back worked with me to come up with a cost-effective solution to troubleshooting the vehicle. When that revealed further issues, they went way above and way beyond to help me out, keeping costs in check with creative solutions and, to quote Craig, "lots of math" (to override bad computer codes...). I was floored by their efforts but deeply skeptical that it would work. It did. The LR3 drives better than it did before the other shop got ahold of it. I make it a habit to never write reviews. Craig and the JC's team went so far above and beyond that I am breaking my rule.
