6. What about Pre-Purchase inspections
While customers “can/could” wait for the service (Not recommended in general), they cannot be in the shop unattended, nor can they be in the shop while work is actively being performed on their vehicle. This is a safety issue and distraction to our techs/staff.
There are times that we could review the inspection with the client at the vehicle, but this is not normally done, except as part of our Classics team PPI that has time specifically put aside for that.

9. Can JC's perform warranty work on my Range Rover?

Due to the limited parking on our lot, and the labor required to move or shuffle vehicles around for access. JC’s British & 4×4 charges $35 per day for any waiting period of 3 days or more (be it while waiting for authorization for repairs, or after completion of work performed).

15. Can I make payments over the phone for my vehicle service?
We prefer not to take your credit card information over the phone, and instead, have offered a payment portal page on our website. This secure page enables you to make a payment to us without having to share your credit card information.
In addition, we can send secure payment requests through our point of sale that are linked directly to your account with us.
